We built the group we wish had existed.

The small business acquisition market has a structural problem. There are more qualified operators with real, financeable deals than there is capital organized to back them. Deals stall at the equity layer — not because they're bad deals, but because the right partner wasn't in the room.

GB Wealth was formed to be that partner. Our team spans SBA lending, franchise brokerage, M&A, operations, healthcare, and law — people who have structured deals, operated businesses, and sat across the table from every kind of buyer. We don't just provide capital. We help operators navigate the process, solve problems as they come up, and get across the finish line.

Beau Eckstein brings over 25 years of experience in SBA lending, real estate investments, franchise brokerage, and business acquisitions. He specializes in deal structuring and capital strategy, helping buyers secure financing — often through SBA-backed solutions that reduce upfront equity requirements. Beau's strength is turning complex financing into clear execution and getting deals from LOI to close.

Oleg Tumarkin

Partner — Investor & Organizational Performance

Oleg Tumarkin is an investor and operator with experience owning and running multiple business services companies. His background spans business performance improvement, organizational systems, and operational evaluation across industries. At GB Wealth, he supports operators in improving execution, aligning teams, and building more scalable businesses post-close.

Rajneesh Jha

Partner — Operations & Franchise Systems

Rajneesh Jha is an active operator in the Sir Grout franchise system, where he runs and scales a service-based business. His experience includes managing operations, hiring, and growing within a proven model. He brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to evaluating deals and understanding what it takes to succeed post-close. RJ Galdorisi

Partner — Business Brokerage & Franchise Advisory

RJ Galdorisi is an experienced business broker, investor, coach, and franchise advisor. He works with buyers to evaluate opportunities, select the right model, and navigate the path to acquisition. With roots in family business and experience across a wide range of franchise systems, RJ focuses on matching operators with the right opportunities — and making sure the fit is right before the deal is done.

Sai-Kit Wong, MD

Partner — Physician & Entrepreneur

Sai-Kit Wong is a physician with over 17 years in anesthesiology who has transitioned into entrepreneurship. He is the founder of Artistry Wellness & MedSpa, focused on aesthetics, hormone optimization, and integrated wellness. He brings a disciplined, process-driven mindset from medicine into business, with a focus on consistency, client experience, and scalable service models.

Sal Renzo

Partner — M&A & Deal Underwriting

Sal Renzo has over 20 years of experience across healthcare, finance, and M&A, with a track record of driving over $100 million in combined revenue growth and cost savings. He has led teams with full P&L responsibility and brings full-cycle deal experience — from sourcing and diligence through negotiation and integration. At GB Wealth, Sal focuses on underwriting opportunities and ensuring deals are both financially sound and operationally executable.
